◆ 200만 원 성금 기부·연탄 나눔 봉사
충북신용보증재단(이사장 김창순)이 19일 (사)징검다리가 주최하는 '사랑의 연탄 나눔 운동 순회 모금 출정식'에 200만 원 성금을 기부했다. 충북신보는 연탄 나눔 봉사 활동도 진행했다.
봉사 활동에는 충북신보 임직원으로 구성된 행복 나눔 봉사단이 참여했다. 봉사단은 우암동 일대 이웃을 방문해 각 가정집 창고에 연탄을 배달했다.
◆ "작년 이어 지속 참여 기뻐"
김창순 이사장은 "작년에 이어 봉사 활동에 지속적으로 참여하게 돼 기쁘다"고 말했다.
김 이사장은 "연탄을 통해 따뜻한 마음이 전달되기 바라며 앞으로도 다양한 사회 공헌 활동을 전개해 나갈 것"이라고 밝혔다.
◆ 에너지 취약 소외 계층 지원
사랑의 연탄 나눔 운동은 에너지 취약 소외 계층을 대상으로 충북 권역에서 순회 모금을 진행한다.
(사)징검다리는 모아진 성금을 연탄, 난방유, 난방 용품 및 보일러 교체 등에 전액 배분한다. 사랑의 연탄 나눔 운동은 겨울 난방비 부담 완화 및 심리적·신체적 안정에 기여한다.
