◆ 훈련 개요 및 발령 배경
대전시 19일 오전 6시부터 오후 4시까지 초미세먼지 위기경보 '주의' 단계 비상저감조치 모의훈련 진행했다.
배경이 다음과 같다. 18일 전국 17개 시도 초미세먼지(PM2.5) 농도 150㎍/㎥ 이상으로 2시간 이상 지속됐다. 기후부 19일 PM2.5 농도 75㎍/㎥ 초과할 것으로 예상하고 위기경보 '주의' 단계 발령했다. 대전시 이 상황에 따라 모의훈련 진행했다.
◆ 훈련 내용: 서면훈련과 현장훈련
훈련은 서면훈련과 현장훈련으로 진행됐다.
서면훈련에서 행정·공공기관 차량 2부제와 관용차량 운행 제한 조치 시행했다. 현장훈련에서 공공사업장 가동시간 단축, 관급공사장 노후장비 사용 제한 및 비산먼지 발생공정 금지, 분진흡입차 도로청소 확대, 배출가스 5등급 차량 운행 제한(과태료 미부과) 등 시행했다.

대전시 미세먼지 저감을 위해 배출가스 5등급 차량 운행 제한, 대기오염 경보제 운영, 친환경차 보급 확대 및 운행차 저공해 사업, 소규모 사업장 방지시설 설치 지원사업 추진 중이다.
정재형 대전시 대기환경과장 "철저한 대비를 통해 추후 초미세먼지 위기경보 발령 시 관계기관과 협업하여 미세먼지 저감에 최선 다하겠다"고 밝혔다.

Daejeon implements emission grade 5 vehicle operation restriction, operation of air pollution alert system, expansion of eco-friendly vehicle supply and low-emission vehicle business, and small-scale business facility pollution prevention equipment installation support project to reduce fine dust.
Jung Jae-hyung, director of Daejeon's Air Environment Division stated, "Through thorough preparation, when future ultra-fine dust crisis alerts are issued, we will cooperate with related organizations to make utmost efforts in fine dust reduction."
