진천교육지원청이 11월 19일 오후 2시 진천교육지원청 시청각실에서 학교운영위원 130여명을 대상으로 '학교운영위원 정책연수'를 개최했다. 김사명 교육장이 주최한 이번 연수는 충북교육의 미래 방향을 공유하고 지역교육 발전 방안을 모색하는 자리다.

1부에서 윤건영 충청북도교육감이 'AI 전환시대! 실력 충북교육'을 주제로 기조강연했다. 윤 교감은 급변하는 교육환경 속에서 충북교육이 추구하는 미래 인재상과 구체적 교육정책 방향을 제시했다. 윤 교감과 학교운영위원들은 지역교육 발전에 대한 의견을 직접 소통하며 나눴다.
◆ 미래교육 플랫폼 '다채움 2.0' 공개
2부에서 충청북도 미래교육추진단 다채움 운영팀이 '충북 다차원 학생 성장 플랫폼 다채움 2.0'을 소개했다. 운영팀은 학생 성장 중심의 미래교육 추진 방안을 상세히 안내했다.

김사명 교육장은 "이번 연수가 학교운영위원들이 충북교육의 비전을 이해하고 미래교육의 방향을 함께 고민하는 계기가 되길 바란다"고 말했다. 김 교장은 "학교운영위원과 함께 배우고 성장하는 명품 진천교육 실현을 위해 노력하겠다"고 덧붙였다.
