연장 기간인 11월 10일부터 12일까지는 오전 10시부터 오후 8시까지 운영한다. 기존 운영 시간(오후 9시 종료)보다 1시간 짧다. 먹거리·체험·판매 부스는 11월 9일까지만 운영하고, 호수정원과 축제장, 조형물, 화장실 등 편의시설은 연장 기간에도 이용할 수 있다.

◆ 축제 개요

태안 국화축제는 충남 태안의 대표 가을 축제다. 올해는 '꽃과 바다, 그리고 사람'을 주제로 국화 작품 전시와 연못, 연꽃 정원을 선보인다. 축제 장소는 원북면 옥파로 199-7 옥파 이종일 선생 생가지 일원이며, 입장료는 무료다.
