충청남도천안교육지원청은 7일 관내 5년차 이하 특수교사를 대상으로 배움자리를 운영했다. 교육장 차덕환은 이날 교육과정-개별화교육계획-수업-기록-평가 일체화를 주제로 연수를 진행했다.

◆개별화교육계획 실천 방안 모색

지경민 아산성심학교 수석교사는 진단평가 필요성과 적용 사례를 설명했다. 참가 교사들은 개별화교육계획이 형식적 문서가 아닌 학생의 앎과 삶을 연결하는 토대가 되어야 한다는 점을 공유했다. 저경력 특수교사들은 현장 어려움을 나누고 수석교사와 현장지원 방안을 논의했다.

◆교사 전문성 신장 지원 지속

차덕환 교육장은 "학생을 위한 배움은 교사 성장이 기반이 되어야 한다"며 "학생 특성을 바탕으로 전인적 발달에 영향을 줄 수 있도록 교사 전문성 신장을 적극 지원하겠다"고 밝혔다.
