◆ 당대표 선거 후 첫 충북 방문

정청래 더불어민주당 대표는 7일 충북 청주에서 현장 최고위원회의를 개최한다. 정 대표가 당대표 선거 이후 충북 지역을 찾는 것은 이번이 처음이다. 지난 9월 열린 충청권(대전·세종·충북·충남) 예산정책협의회는 국회에서 진행했다.

◆ 국정감사 종료 후 현장 최고위 재개

국회 국정감사가 전날(6일) 마무리된 만큼 지난 9월까지 진행했던 현장 최고위를 재개하는 차원이란 게 당 관계자 설명이다. 정 대표는 현장 최고위 이후엔 오송 첨단의료산업진흥재단을 찾아 'K-바이오 세계 도약을 위한 정책 간담회'를 진행한다.

◆ First Chungbuk Visit After Party Leadership Election

Democratic Party of Korea leader Jeong Cheong-rae will hold an on-site supreme council meeting in Cheongju, Chungbuk on the 7th. This is the first time Leader Jeong has visited the Chungbuk region since the party leadership election. The Chungcheong region (Daejeon, Sejong, Chungbuk, Chungnam) budget policy council held last September was conducted at the National Assembly.

◆ Resuming On-Site Supreme Council After National Audit Conclusion

Party officials explain that this is to resume the on-site supreme council that was held until last September, as the National Assembly audit concluded the previous day (6th). After the on-site supreme council, Leader Jeong will visit the Osong Advanced Medical Industry Foundation to hold a 'Policy Meeting for K-Bio Global Advancement'.
