◆ 괴산서 대설·한파 대응 교육

세종특별자치시는 4일 충북 괴산군 일원에서 자율방재단원 170명을 대상으로 겨울철 자연재난 대응역량 강화 교육을 실시했다고 밝혔다.

이번 교육은 대설과 한파 등 겨울철 자연재난에 효과적으로 대응하기 위해 마련됐다.

◆ 제설작업·한파 쉼터 점검 실무 교육

오전 교육에서는 효율적인 제설작업 방법과 한파 쉼터 안전점검 요령을 다뤘다. 단원들은 실무 중심의 교육을 통해 재난 현장 대응 능력을 높였다.

오후에는 괴산군 산막이옛길을 걸으며 체력 증진과 단원 간 협력을 강화하는 시간을 가졌다.

◆ "안전한 세종 만들기 앞장"

양길수 세종시자율방재단 연합회장은 "이번 교육이 안전한 세종시를 만드는 밑거름이 되길 바란다"며 "지역 주민의 생명과 안전을 지키는 데 앞장서겠다"고 말했다.

세종시는 자율방재단을 통해 자연재난 발생 시 신속한 초동 대응 체계를 구축하고 있다.

Yang Gil-soo, president of the Sejong City Volunteer Disaster Prevention Corps Federation, said, "I hope this training will serve as a foundation for creating a safe Sejong City," adding, "We will continue to lead efforts to protect the lives and safety of local residents."

Sejong City has established a rapid initial response system through the volunteer disaster prevention corps in case of natural disasters.
