세종시의회 교육안전위, 세종교육협회와 평생교육 진흥 간담회 개최
세종특별자치시의회 교육안전위원회가 3일 세종교육협회와 간담회를 열고 평생교육 진흥 방안을 논의했다.
◆ 교육안전위-세종교육협회 간담회 개최
세종시의회(의장 임채성) 교육안전위원회(위원장 윤지성)는 3일 의회 청사 대회의실에서 세종특별자치시교육협회와 간담회를 진행했다. 김충식 의원(조치원읍)도 참석했다.
세종교육협회는 한민정 회장이 이끄는 단체로, 유아부터 성년까지 전 연령층 평생교육의 방향성을 정립하고 있다. 이 협회는 전시, 토론, 공연을 통해 교육시장 종사자들이 평생교육 프로그램에 참여할 수 있는 기반을 마련하고 있다.
◆ 법정의무교육 사이트 단일화 등 주요 안건
이날 간담회에서는 3가지 주요 안건을 논의했다. 교육 및 체육 관계기관의 법정의무교육 사이트 단일화, 어린이 이용시설 종사자 안전교육(심폐소생술·하임리히법 등), 학생·일반성인·시니어 합동 활동 방안이다.
참석자들은 세종시 평생교육 발전을 위한 지속적 협력 방안을 논의했다.

◆ "현장 목소리가 정책 나침반"
윤지성 위원장은 "세종교육협회와 같은 단체가 내는 현장의 목소리는 평생교육 정책의 중요한 나침반이 된다"고 말했다.
윤 위원장은 "오늘 제안한 안건들을 현실적으로 해결하도록 노력하겠다"며 "교육안전위원회는 평생교육 참여자 모두가 질 높은 교육을 받을 수 있도록 지속적인 소통과 협력을 통해 실질적인 성과를 만들겠다"고 강조했다.

Participants discussed continuous cooperation measures for the development of lifelong education in Sejong City.

Chairman Yoon Ji-sung said, "The voices from the field raised by organizations like the Sejong Education Association serve as an important compass for lifelong education policy."
Chairman Yoon emphasized, "We will make efforts to realistically resolve the agenda items proposed today," adding, "The Education and Safety Committee will produce practical results through continuous communication and cooperation so that all lifelong education participants can receive high-quality education."
