◆ 전 직원 대상 성평등 교육 진행

옥천교육지원청(교육장 박정애)은 4일 전 직원을 대상으로 '직장 내 성매매 예방 및 양성평등 교육'을 실시했다.

음성경찰서 김가경 경감이 강사로 나선 이날 교육은 성매매 예방의 중요성과 일상 속 양성평등 의식 실천 방안을 중심으로 진행됐다. 교육은 성에 대한 올바른 인식 확립과 건전한 직장문화 조성을 목표로 했다.

◆ "서로 존중하는 직장문화 정착 기대"

박정애 교육장은 "이번 교육을 통해 모든 직원이 성인지 감수성을 높이고, 서로를 존중하는 직장문화가 정착되길 바란다"고 말했다.

◆ 작년 100% 참여 달성...올해도 목표 추진

박 교육장은 "지난해 전 직원 성교육 100% 참여를 달성했다"며 "올해도 전 직원 성교육 100% 이수를 목표로 적극 지원할 계획"이라고 밝혔다.

그는 "옥천교육지원청은 앞으로도 성평등한 조직문화를 조성하기 위해 지속적으로 노력하겠다"고 덧붙였다.

The Okcheon Office of Education (Superintendent Park Jeong-ae) conducted 'workplace anti-prostitution and gender equality training' for all staff on the 4th.

Inspector Kim Ga-kyung from Eumseong Police Station served as instructor for the training, which focused on the importance of preventing prostitution and implementing gender equality practices in daily life. The training aimed to establish proper awareness of gender issues and create a healthy workplace culture.

◆ "Expecting Establishment of Mutually Respectful Workplace Culture"

Superintendent Park Jeong-ae stated, "I hope that through this training, all staff will enhance their gender sensitivity and establish a workplace culture of mutual respect."

◆ Achieved 100% Participation Last Year...Pursuing Goal Again This Year

Superintendent Park announced, "We achieved 100% participation in gender education for all staff last year," adding "We plan to actively support the goal of 100% completion of gender education for all staff this year as well."

She added, "The Okcheon Office of Education will continue to make efforts to create a gender-equal organizational culture going forward."
