춤추는 곰돌(본명 김별)이 2025년 10월 30일 강원도 정선 하이원리조트에서 열린 ‘2025 아시아모델어워즈’에서 대중문화 크리에이터상을 수상했다. 김별은 시상식에 소속 댄서 춤추는 나율(유튜브 112만 명)과 춤추는 소정(85만 명), AFSTARZ 정찬 감독과 함께 참석했다.

아시아모델어워즈는 모델, 배우, 가수, 패션, 뷰티 등 아시아 각국에서 활약한 아티스트를 선정하는 연례 시상식이다. 김별은 유튜브·틱톡·인스타그램 등에서 통합 900만 명 이상 구독자를 보유한 K-댄스 아티스트이며, 청주에 거주해 AFSTARZ 엔터테인먼트와 댄스 학원을 운영하고 있다.

◆ 향후 계획

김별은 “K팝 댄스의 세계화를 이끌고 한국의 문화적 매력을 전 세계에 알리겠다”고 밝혔다. 김별은 현재 청주시 홍보대사로 활동하며 슈파TV, 홍사운드, 최재원 등과 함께 12명의 홍보대사 목록에 포함돼 있다.

Dancing Bear (real name Kim Byeol) received the Popular Culture Creator Award at the 2025 Asia Model Awards held on October 30, 2025, at High1 Resort in Jeongseon, Gangwon Province. Kim attended the ceremony with dancers Nayul (1.12 million YouTube subscribers), Sojung (850,000 subscribers), and AFSTARZ director Jeong Chan.

◆ Artist Background

The Asia Model Awards annually recognize artists active in modeling, acting, music, fashion, and beauty across Asia. Kim Byeol, a K-dance creator with more than nine million combined followers on YouTube, TikTok, and Instagram, resides in Cheongju and operates AFSTARZ Entertainment and a dance academy.

◆ Future Direction

Kim stated, “I will work to lead the global expansion of K-pop dance and promote the appeal of Korean culture worldwide.” Kim currently serves as one of Cheongju City’s 12 promotional ambassadors, alongside creators such as Shupa TV, Hongsound, and comedian Choi Jae-won.
