당진시, 2025년 7월 기준 개별공시지가 결정·공시
상반기 토지이동 3,143필지 대상…11월 28일까지 이의신청 접수
감정평가사 상담제 운영…12월 22일 최종 조정·공시 예정
당진시는 상반기 토지이동이 완료된 3,143필지의 2025년 7월 1일 기준 개별공시지가를 30일 결정·공시했다.
시는 11월 28일까지 30일간 이의신청을 접수한다.
29일 당진시에 따르면, 결정·공시된 개별공시지가는 감정평가사의 검증과 토지소유자 및 이해관계자의 열람 및 의견 청취를 거쳤다. 22일 당진시 부동산가격공시위원회 심의를 거쳐 확정했다.
개별공시지가는 당진시청 토지관리과에 방문 또는 유선 문의하거나 인터넷 '부동산공시가격알리미' 누리집에서 확인할 수 있다.
11월 28일까지 토지소유자 및 이해관계자의 이의신청을 받는다.
이의신청은 당진시청 누리집 공고란에 게시된 서식을 받아 당진시청 토지관리과 또는 읍면동 행정복지센터로 방문·우편·팩스(041-350-3829)를 통해 서면 제출하면 된다. 인터넷 '부동산공시가격알리미'를 통한 온라인 제출도 가능하다.
시는 접수된 토지에 대해 토지 특성, 표준지의 적정성, 인근 토지와의 지가 균형 유지 여부 등을 재조사한다. 감정평가사의 검증을 받아 당진시 부동산가격공시위원회의 심의를 거쳐 12월 22일 최종 조정·공시할 예정이다.
시는 이의신청서를 제출한 민원인에게 감정평가사와 상담할 수 있도록 하는 '감정평가사 상담제'를 운영해 개별공시지가 산정에 대한 이해를 돕는다.
당진시 관계자는 "개별공시지가 결정·공시된 후 결정 통지문을 원하는 토지소유자는 토지관리과나 읍면동 행정복지센터에 방문하거나 당진시 누리집에서 '개별공시지가 결정통지문 온라인(문자알림) 서비스'를 신청할 수 있다"고 말했다.
당진시 관계자는 "매년 개별공시지가 결정·공시일에 맞춰 결정 통지문을 문자 또는 이메일로 받아볼 수 있다"고 덧붙였다.

Dangjin City determined and announced individual officially assessed land prices as of July 1, 2025, for 3,143 parcels that completed land changes in the first half on the 30th.
The city will accept objection applications for 30 days until November 28.
According to Dangjin City on the 29th, the determined and announced individual officially assessed land prices underwent verification by appraisers and inspection and opinion gathering from landowners and interested parties. They were finalized after deliberation by the Dangjin City Real Estate Price Announcement Committee on the 22nd.
Individual officially assessed land prices can be checked by visiting or calling the Land Management Division of Dangjin City Hall or on the internet 'Real Estate Public Price Information System' website.
Objection applications from landowners and interested parties will be accepted until November 28.
Objection applications can be submitted in writing by obtaining the form posted on the announcement section of the Dangjin City Hall website and visiting the Land Management Division of Dangjin City Hall or Eup/Myeon/Dong Administrative Welfare Center, by mail, or by fax (041-350-3829). Online submission through the internet 'Real Estate Public Price Information System' is also possible.
The city will reinvestigate land characteristics, appropriateness of standard land, and whether price balance is maintained with nearby land for the submitted land. After verification by appraisers and deliberation by the Dangjin City Real Estate Price Announcement Committee, final adjustments and announcements are scheduled for December 22.
The city operates an 'Appraisal Consultant System' that allows civil petitioners who submit objection applications to consult with appraisers to help understand individual officially assessed land price calculations.
A Dangjin City official said, "Landowners who want a decision notice after individual officially assessed land prices are determined and announced can visit the Land Management Division or Eup/Myeon/Dong Administrative Welfare Center or apply for the 'Individual Officially Assessed Land Price Decision Notice Online (Text Notification) Service' on the Dangjin City website."
A Dangjin City official added, "You can receive the decision notice by text or email according to the annual individual officially assessed land price determination and announcement date."
