청주시활성화재단은 지하주차장 보수 공사로 인한 청주역사전시관(상당구 중앙로 36) 휴관을 11월 20일까지 연장한다고 28일 밝혔다.

청주역사전시관은 9월 29일부터 지하주차장 누수 보수 공사 등 시설의 안전 확보 및 관람환경 개선을 위해 휴관 중이었다.

당초 10월 31일까지 휴관할 예정이었지만 보다 개선된 환경 조성을 위해 공사 기간을 연장하고 11월 21일 재개관할 예정이다.

휴관 기간에 전시관 내부 관람은 중단된다.

청주시활성화재단 관계자는 "시민들께서 더욱 안전하고 쾌적한 환경에서 청주역사전시관을 이용할 수 있도록 최선을 다하겠다"며 "공사 기간 이용에 불편을 드리는 점 양해 부탁드린다"고 밝혔다.

Cheongju History Exhibition Hall has been closed since September 29 to secure facility safety and improve viewing environment through underground parking lot leakage repair work.

It was originally scheduled to close until October 31, but the construction period will be extended to create a more improved environment and is scheduled to reopen on November 21.

Internal viewing of the exhibition hall is suspended during the closure period.

An official from Cheongju City Revitalization Foundation stated, "We will do our best so that citizens can use Cheongju History Exhibition Hall in a safer and more comfortable environment," adding, "We ask for your understanding regarding the inconvenience during the construction period."
