홍성군, 화목보일러 농가에 재처리 용기 371개 배부 산불 예방 위해 긴급 보급…가을철 산불 선제 대응

홍성군은 28일 가을철 산불조심 기간을 맞아 화목보일러 사용 농가에 '재처리 전용 안전 용기' 371개를 긴급 배부했다고 밝혔다.

특수 용기로 산불 위험 차단

군은 23일 관내 화목보일러 사용 농가에 안전 용기를 배부하고 집중적인 산불 예방 계도 활동에 나섰다. 재처리 전용 용기는 산불 예방 홍보 문구가 부착된 특수 용기로, 농가에서 사용 후 남은 화목보일러의 재를 안전하게 식히고 처리할 수 있도록 제작됐다. 불씨가 남아있는 재가 부주의하게 처리되어 산불로 이어지는 위험을 차단하기 위한 조치다.

행정력 집중 대응

이선경 산림녹지과장은 "가을철은 작은 불씨 하나가 대형 산불로 번질 수 있는 매우 위험한 시기"라고 말했다. 이어 "화목보일러 사용 농가를 중심으로 재처리 용기를 신속히 배부하고 집중적인 계도 활동을 펼쳐 단 한 건의 산불도 발생하지 않도록 모든 행정력을 집중하겠다"고 밝혔다.

This measure blocks the risk of embers remaining in ash being carelessly disposed of and leading to forest fires.

Concentrated Administrative Response

Lee Seon-kyung, head of the Forest and Greenery Division, said, "Autumn is a very dangerous period when a single small ember can spread into a large forest fire." She added, "We will quickly distribute ash disposal containers centered on farms using wood boilers and conduct intensive guidance activities, concentrating all administrative power to prevent even a single forest fire from occurring."
