충청북도교육청(교육감 윤건영)은 22일 2026학년도 충북 공·사립 중등학교 교사 임용후보자 선정경쟁시험 응시원서 접수 현황을 발표했다.
교육청에 따르면 공·사립 중등교사 임용시험에 총 1,610명이 지원했다. 공립학교는 284명 모집에 1,508명이 지원해 5.3대 1의 경쟁률을 기록했다. 사립학교는 11개 학교법인 49명 모집에 827명이 지원해 16.9대 1의 경쟁률을 나타냈다.
공립 일반 모집은 262명 모집에 1,501명이 지원해 5.7대 1의 경쟁률을 보였다. 장애구분 모집은 22명 모집에 7명이 지원해 0.3대 1의 경쟁률을 기록했다.
사립 지원자에는 공·사립 동시지원제에 따라 공립 지원자 중 사립에 2지망으로 지원한 725명이 포함됐다. 학교법인별로는 영산학원의 경쟁률이 31대 1로 가장 높았다.
제1차 시험은 11월 22일 실시된다. 시험과목은 교육학과 전공이다. 합격자는 1차 시험 성적과 가산점, 가점을 합산한 점수 순으로 선발한다. 공립은 과목별 선발 예정인원의 1.5배수, 사립은 3배수~5배수를 선발한다.
1차 시험 장소는 11월 14일 오전 10시에 발표한다. 1차 합격자는 12월 26일 오전 10시에 발표한다. 발표는 도교육청 누리집(https://www.cbe.go.kr)을 통해 진행된다.
