충북경제포럼, 제264차 월례강연회 개최…130여 명 참석
23일 엔포드호텔서 '2026~2027년 한국경제 전망' 주제로 진행
(사)충북경제포럼(회장 이재진)은 23일 한국은행 충북본부(본부장 한승철)와 공동으로 제264차 월례강연회를 개최했다고 밝혔다.
청주 엔포드호텔에서 열린 이번 강연회에는 포럼 회원 및 경제인 130여 명이 참석했다.
이재진 회장은 "충북 수출이 전년 동기 대비 36.8% 증가해 14년 만에 최대 성장을 기록했다"며 "제조업의 32%가 적자경영을 예상하는 상황에서 충북 도정이 기업의 목소리에 귀 기울여 주길 바란다"고 말했다.
한승철 한국은행 충북본부장은 "올해 충북 경제는 성장세를 기록하고 있지만 도내 중소기업과 자영업자는 경기 회복을 체감하기 어렵다"며 "이번 강연이 내년도 기업 경영과 투자 활동 준비에 도움이 되길 바란다"고 밝혔다.
곽수종 리엔경제연구소 소장은 "2026년~2027년 한국경제 전망"을 주제로 강연했다.
곽 소장은 "한국은 미국, 중국, 러시아의 패권 경쟁 속에서 경제 위기에 직면하고 있다"며 중국의 희토류, 트럼프 2.0 시대, AI 산업 발전, 거품경제 붕괴 등의 리스크를 설명했다.
그는 "지속 가능한 성장을 위해 불필요한 대립을 지양하고 다양성을 존중해야 한다"고 강조했다.
곽 소장은 조지프 슘페터의 '창조적 파괴' 이론을 인용해 "원자재, 기술공정, 시장, 생산품, 조직의 5가지 혁신을 기업가가 취해야 할 자세"라고 말했다.
(사)충북경제포럼은 1998년 설립됐으며 기업인, 경제단체장, 교수 등 250여 명의 회원으로 구성됐다.

The Chungbuk Economic Forum (Chairman Lee Jae-jin) announced that it held the 264th monthly lecture jointly with the Chungbuk headquarters of the Bank of Korea (Director Han Seung-chul) on the 23rd.
About 130 forum members and businesspeople attended the lecture held at the N-Ford Hotel in Cheongju.
Chairman Lee Jae-jin said, "Chungbuk exports increased 36.8% year-on-year, recording the largest growth in 14 years," adding, "I hope the Chungbuk provincial government will listen to the voices of companies in a situation where 32% of manufacturing businesses expect deficit operations."
Han Seung-chul, director of the Bank of Korea's Chungbuk headquarters, said, "Chungbuk's economy is recording growth this year, but small and medium-sized enterprises and self-employed people in the province find it difficult to feel the economic recovery," adding, "I hope this lecture will help prepare for next year's business management and investment activities."
Kwak Soo-jong, director of the Lien Economic Research Institute, gave a lecture on the theme "2026-2027 Korean Economic Outlook."
Director Kwak said, "Korea is facing an economic crisis amid the hegemonic competition among the United States, China, and Russia," and explained risks such as China's rare earths, the Trump 2.0 era, AI industry development, and bubble economy collapse.
He emphasized, "For sustainable growth, unnecessary confrontation should be avoided and diversity should be respected."
Director Kwak cited Joseph Schumpeter's 'creative destruction' theory and said, "The five innovations of raw materials, technological processes, markets, products, and organizations are the attitudes that entrepreneurs should take."
The Chungbuk Economic Forum was established in 1998 and consists of about 250 members including businesspeople, economic organization leaders, and professors.
