충북 진천군은지난 20일, 2025년 상반기 적극행정 우수공무원으로 5명을 선정했다고 밝혔다.
이번 평가는 부서별 추천과 주민 의견, 외부 전문가 심사를 거쳐 최우수 1명, 우수 1명, 장려 3명을 확정했다. 군은 창의적 업무 추진과 군민 체감형 행정서비스를 실천한 직원을 중심으로 선발했다고 설명했다.
최우수상은 홍보미디어실 김진희 주무관(행정8급)이 받았다. 김 주무관은 군 공식 SNS 홍보 채널의 영상 콘텐츠 기획과 제작을 통해 군정 홍보 효과를 높인 공로를 인정받았다. 우수상은 광혜원면 허호정 주무관(행정7급)이 차지했으며, 무료버스사업을 포함한 대중교통체계 개선으로 교통복지 향상에 기여했다. 장려상은 식산업자원과 송진영 주무관(환경8급), 기업지원과 이재석 주무관(행정7급), 도시과 김대중 주무관(시설6급)에게 돌아갔다.
진천군은 최우수자에게 인사실적 가점과 성과상여금 최고등급을, 우수자에게 성과상여금 최고등급과 특별휴가를, 장려자에게 특별휴가를 지급할 예정이다. 군 관계자는 “적극행정을 지속적으로 장려해 군민이 체감하는 행정서비스 품질을 높이겠다”고 밝혔다.

Jincheon County, North Chungcheong Province, announced on October 20, 2025, that it had selected five outstanding public officials for active administration in the first half of the year. The evaluation process included departmental recommendations, resident feedback, and expert review, resulting in one top awardee, one excellent awardee, and three encouragement awardees. The county stated that it chose employees who demonstrated creative work performance and citizen-oriented administrative service.
The top award was given to Officer Kim Jin-hee (Grade 8, Administrative Service)from the Public Relations Media Office for her contribution to improving promotional performance through creative video content on the county’s official SNS channels. The excellent award went to Officer Heo Ho-jeong (Grade 7)from Gwanghye-won Township for her efforts to enhance public transportation welfare, including the promotion of a free bus program. Encouragement awards were presented to Officer Song Jin-young (Grade 8, Environment)from the Food Industry Resources Division, Officer Lee Jae-seok (Grade 7)from the Business Support Division, and Officer Kim Dae-jung (Grade 6)from the Urban Division.
Jincheon County will provide HR merit points and the highest-grade performance bonus to the top awardee, the same bonus and special leave to the excellent awardee, and special leave to the encouragement awardees. A county official stated that the administration will continue encouraging active civil service to enhance the quality of services that residents can directly experience.
