■ 충청대 경찰행정학과와 협력...실습 성과로 학점 인정
청주흥덕경찰서(서장 이봉균)는 2025년 10월 1일부터 충청대학교 경찰행정학과와 협력하여 '경찰 실습학점제' 프로그램을 운영하고 있다고 밝혔다. 이번 프로그램은 대학 교육과 경찰 실무 현장을 연계하여 학생들이 실제 경찰 활동을 경험할 수 있도록 마련된 제도다. 참여 학생은 실습 성과에 따라 정규 학점을 인정받는다.
■ 16일 중앙경찰학교 방문...교육과정·훈련체계 체험
10월 16일 학생들은 충주 중앙경찰학교를 방문해 예비 경찰관으로서의 소양과 실무 능력을 함양하는 시간을 가졌다. 경찰 교육의 중심지인 중앙경찰학교의 교육과정과 훈련체계를 직접 체험함으로써 경찰 조직과 직무에 대한 이해도를 높이는 것을 목표로 했다.
■ 매년 협력 프로그램 운영...다양한 현장체험 학습
청주흥덕경찰서는 충청대학교와 협력하여 매년 학점 연계형 실습 프로그램을 운영하고 있다. 범죄취약지 예방합동순찰, 대전 국립과학수사연구소 견학 등 다양한 현장체험 학습을 이어가고 있다.

The goal was to increase understanding of police organizations and duties by directly experiencing the education courses and training systems of the Central Police Academy, the center of police education.
■ Annual cooperative program operation... Various field experience learning
Cheongju Heungdeok Police Station operates an annual credit-linked internship program in cooperation with Chungcheong University. It continues various field experience learning such as joint patrols to prevent crime in vulnerable areas and visits to the National Forensic Service in Daejeon.
