이번 교육은 충북 관할 사무소장이 전원 참석한 가운데 진행됐다. NH농협은행 개인 디지털금융 부문 총괄 박내춘 부행장이 ▲우수고객 관리 및 자산 증대 방안 ▲디지털 고객 확대 전략 ▲시니어 고객을 위한 생애주기별 금융지원 ▲외국인 고객 특화 서비스 등을 주제로 강의했다.

임세빈 본부장은 “급변하는 금융 환경에서 고객의 다양한 니즈를 정밀하게 분석하고, 세분화된 맞춤형 금융서비스를 제공해야 한다”고 말했다.

농협은행 충북본부는 이번 교육과 함께 **‘농심천심(農心天心) 운동’**을 병행해 지역사회와의 상생 실천 의지를 강화했다. 이 운동은 농업의 가치와 농촌의 지속 가능성을 지키기 위해 추진되고 있다.

임 본부장은 “농심천심 운동을 통해 고객의 신뢰를 사회에 환원하고, 따뜻한 금융이 지역에 스며들 수 있도록 노력하겠다”고 밝혔다.

NH Nonghyup Bank’s Chungbuk Branch Headquarters, led by Executive Director Lim Se-bin, held a “Personal Customer Management and Business Promotion Training” session on October 13 to strengthen customer-centered management.

All heads of local offices in Chungbuk participated.
