가수 태진아(67)가 서울 용산구 이태원동 소재 자가 빌딩을 350억원대에 급매물로 내놓아 충격을 주고 있다.
13일 부동산업계에 따르면 태진아는 최근 해당 건물을 약 350억원에 매물로 내놓았다. 이 건물은 지하 1층~지상 5층 규모로, 태진아가 2013년 43억원대에 매입한 것으로 전해졌다. 매각이 성사될 경우 약 300억원 안팎의 시세차익을 거둘 것으로 예상된다.
현재 1층에는 태진아가 직접 운영하는 카페 겸 레스토랑이, 3층에는 그가 대표로 있는 진아엔터테인먼트 사무실이 입주해 있다.
신분당선·복합개발 호재로 가치 급등
업계에서는 인근 개발호재가 높은 매물가 산정에 영향을 미친 것으로 보고 있다. 해당 지역은 신분당선 동빙고역 개통이 예정돼 있으며, 유엔사 부지 복합개발 사업 '더파크사이드서울', 고급 주택단지 '에테르노 용산' 등 대규모 개발이 잇따라 추진 중이다.
"요즘 수입 없어 힘들다"…아내 치매로 경제난
태진아의 이번 매각 결정에는 개인적 사정도 작용한 것으로 알려졌다. 그는 최근 유튜브 채널 '순풍 선우용여'에 출연해 "요즘 수입이 없어서 힘들다"고 고백해 충격을 줬다.
