괴산군의회(의장 김낙영)는 10월 13일부터 21일까지 9일간 제345회 임시회를 열고 총 26건의 안건을 심의·의결할 예정이다.

특히, 이번 임시회에서는 **주요건설사업장 현지조사 특별위원회(건설특위)**를 개회해 10월 14일부터 20일까지 7일간 관내 780개 주요 건설사업장 중 임의로 선정된 사업장을 대상으로 현장점검을 실시한다. 점검을 통해 사업 추진 상황, 안전관리 실태, 주민 불편 사항을 확인하고, 부실 시공을 예방하며 주민 의견을 적극 반영할 계획이다.

건설특위 위원장 안미선 의원은 “이번 현장점검은 군민 안전과 생활 불편 해소, 투명하고 견실한 건설사업 추진을 위해 매우 중요한 과정”이라며 “문제를 사전에 확인하고 신속히 개선하겠다”고 말했다.

이번 제345회 임시회는 안건 심의와 현장점검을 병행하며, 군민 생활과 안전을 동시에 살피는 실질적 의정 활동의 장이 될 전망이다.

Goesan County Council to Hold 345th Extraordinary Session and Deliberate 26 Agenda Items

The Goesan County Council (Chairman Kim Nak-young) announced that it will hold the 345th extraordinary session from October 13 to 21, during which 26 agenda items will be deliberated and decided.

The session includes 17 ordinances, such as the “Goesan Rural Bus Free Use Support Ordinance”, as well as other agenda items including the “Consent for Private Entrustment of the Workshop for the Disabled” and the “2026 Main Budget Investment and Contribution Budget Plan”.

In particular, the council will convene the Special Committee for On-site Inspection of Major Construction Projects (Construction Special Committee) to conduct site inspections from October 14 to 20. The inspections will target randomly selected projects among 780 major construction sites in the county to review project progress, safety management, and residents’ inconveniences, prevent poor construction, and actively reflect residents’ opinions.

Committee Chair An Mi-seon said, “This on-site inspection is a very important process to ensure public safety, resolve inconveniences, and promote transparent and reliable construction projects. We will identify issues in advance and implement prompt improvements.”

The 345th extraordinary session is expected to serve as a practical legislative platform, combining agenda deliberation with site inspections to simultaneously safeguard residents’ safety and daily life.
