기상청은 13일 전국 대부분 지역에 비가 내리겠다고 발표했다. 중부지방과 경북북부동해안·북동산지는 이른 시간부터 비가 시작된다. 경북 중·북부는 오전부터, 남부지방은 오후부터 비가 내린다. 제주도는 아침부터 오후 사이 0.1㎜ 미만의 빗방울이 떨어진다.

13일 오후부터 강원영동 중·남부를 중심으로 시간당 10~20㎜의 강한 비가 내린다. 기상청은 교통안전에 주의할 것을 당부했다.
기온은 당분간 평년(최저 716도, 최고 2024도)과 비슷하거나 높다. 13일 아침 최저기온은 1421도, 낮 최고기온은 1527도다.
