◆ 산책 중 여성 인근으로 양궁 화살 발사

충북 청주청원경찰서가 A(20대)씨 등 2명을 특수폭행 혐의로 불구속 입건했다고 9일 밝혔다. A씨 등은 지난 7일 오후 11시 40분께 청주 청소년광장에서 산책하던 B(50대·여)씨 인근으로 양궁 화살을 쏜 혐의를 받고 있다. 화살은 B씨로부터 약 2m 떨어진 광장 화단에 꽂힌 것으로 조사됐다.

◆ 경찰, CCTV 분석해 용의자 특정

경찰은 폐쇄회로(CC)TV 등을 토대로 전날 저녁 용의자들을 특정했다. 경찰은 이들의 자택을 방문했으나 만나지 못했다. 현재 휴대전화 문자메시지를 통해 출석을 요구한 상태다.

◆ 피해자 겨냥 여부 확인 중

경찰 관계자는 "A씨 등이 B씨를 노리고 화살을 쏘았는지 여부는 확인 중"이라고 말했다.

◆ Archery Arrow Fired Near Woman During Walk

The Cheongju Cheongwon Police Station in North Chungcheong Province announced on the 9th that it booked two people including A (in their 20s) without detention on charges of special assault. A and another are suspected of shooting an archery arrow near B (woman in her 50s), who was walking at Cheongju Youth Plaza at around 11:40 p.m. on the 7th. The investigation found that the arrow was stuck in a flower bed in the plaza approximately 2m away from B.

◆ Police Identify Suspects Through CCTV Analysis

Police identified the suspects the previous evening based on closed-circuit television footage. Police visited their residences but could not find them. Police have currently requested their appearance through mobile phone text messages.

◆ Investigating Whether Victim Was Targeted

A police official said, "We are confirming whether A and others shot the arrow targeting B."
