◆ 새해 맞아 읍면 순방 실시
홍성군은 2026년 새해를 맞아 11개 읍면 순방을 실시한다. 군은 9일부터 각 읍면 행정복지센터를 순회하며 군민 의견을 청취하고 지역 현안을 공유한다.
◆ 하루 2개 읍면씩 진행
순방은 하루 2개 읍면씩 진행된다. 오전 10시와 오후 2시에 각각 시작한다. 기관·단체장 간담회 시간 동안 대강당에서 기획감사담당관이 2026년 군정 운영방향을 보고하고 군 관광자원 홍보영상을 상영한다. 이후 군수가 자리를 함께하며 주민과 대화를 이어간다. 각 읍면당 약 100여 명의 기관·단체장과 주민이 참석할 예정이다. 주민과의 대화에서 제시된 건의사항과 의견은 부서별 검토를 거쳐 예산 편성 및 관계 기관 협조 등으로 체계적으로 관리된다.
◆ 순방 일정
읍면 순방은 9일 홍성읍·구항면을 시작으로 12일 광천읍·갈산면, 13일 홍북읍·서부면, 14일 장곡면·은하면, 15일 홍동면·결성면, 16일 금마면 순으로 진행된다. 군 관계자는 "많은 주민이 참여하여 군정 현안을 함께 논의하고 자유롭게 이야기 나누는 소통의 장이 되길 바란다"고 말했다.

Hongseong County launched a tour of 11 eup and myeon districts to mark the new year 2026. Starting January 9, the county visits administrative welfare centers in each district to hear residents' opinions and share local issues.
◆ Two Districts Per Day
The tour covers two districts per day, starting at 10 a.m. and 2 p.m. respectively. During meetings with agency and organization heads, the Planning and Audit Officer reports on 2026 county administration plans and screens promotional videos of county tourism resources in the main auditorium. The county governor then joins to continue dialogue with residents. About 100 agency heads, organization leaders and residents are expected to attend in each district. Suggestions and opinions raised during resident dialogues will undergo departmental review and be systematically managed through budget allocation and coordination with relevant agencies.

The tour began with Hongseong-eup and Guhang-myeon on January 9, followed by Gwangcheon-eup and Galsan-myeon on January 12, Hongbuk-eup and Seobu-myeon on January 13, Janggok-myeon and Eunha-myeon on January 14, Hongdong-myeon and Gyeolseong-myeon on January 15, and Geumma-myeon on January 16. A county official said, "We hope many residents will participate to discuss county administration issues together and create a space for open communication."
