◆ 협의체 출범, 통합 돌봄 시대 연다
부여군이 8일 군청 서동브리핑실에서 '부여군 지역 돌봄 통합지원협의체' 위원 위촉식과 정기회의를 개최했다. 이번 협의체는 2026년 3월 시행 예정인 돌봄통합지원법에 선제 대응하기 위해 구성됐다. 부여군은 협의체를 통해 지역 특색에 맞는 '부여형 통합 돌봄' 기반을 마련한다.
◆ 민관 전문가 19명, 돌봄 정책 심의·자문
협의체는 박정현 군수를 위원장으로 총 19명으로 구성됐다. 국민건강보험공단 부여청양지사장, 국민연금공단 공주부여지사장, 의료·요양·복지 분야 기관장과 전문가가 위원으로 참여한다. 협의체는 민관 협력을 통해 지역 돌봄 방향을 설정하고 통합지원 시책을 심의·자문한다.
◆ 2026년 지역계획 수립, 실행 전략 논의
이날 회의에서 위원들은 2026년 통합 돌봄 사업 지역계획 수립, 대상자 발굴 및 통합판정 체계 구축, 민관 협력 네트워크 강화 방안을 논의했다. 박정현 군수는 "초고령화가 가속화되는 지역에서 통합 돌봄 체계는 군민 삶의 질을 결정하는 핵심 기반"이라며 "군민이 살던 곳에서 건강하고 존엄하게 노후를 보낼 수 있는 '돌봄이 일상이 되는 부여'를 만들겠다"고 밝혔다.

◆ Council Launched, Opening Era of Integrated Care
Buyeo County held the commissioning ceremony and regular meeting of the 'Buyeo County Regional Integrated Care Support Council' at the Seodong Briefing Room of the county office on January 8. The council was established to proactively respond to the Integrated Care Support Act scheduled for implementation in March 2026. Buyeo County plans to establish a 'Buyeo-style integrated care' foundation tailored to regional characteristics through the council.
◆ 19 Public-Private Experts to Deliberate and Advise on Care Policies
The council consists of 19 members with County Governor Park Jeong-hyeon as chairman. Members include the head of the National Health Insurance Service Buyeo-Cheongyang Branch, the head of the National Pension Service Gongju-Buyeo Branch, and heads and experts from medical, nursing, and welfare sectors. The council will set regional care directions and deliberate on integrated support policies through public-private cooperation.
◆ 2026 Regional Plan Established, Implementation Strategies Discussed
At the meeting, members discussed establishing the 2026 integrated care project regional plan, building a system for identifying beneficiaries and integrated assessment, and strengthening public-private cooperation networks. County Governor Park Jeong-hyeon stated, "In our region where super-aging is accelerating, the integrated care system is a core foundation that determines the quality of life for residents," adding, "We will create a 'Buyeo where care becomes daily life' so that residents can spend their later years healthily and with dignity in the places they have lived."
