◆ 2026년 교육복지사업 추진 협의회 개최
충청남도서산교육지원청(교육장 김지용)은 2026년 1월 5일 교육장실에서 ㈜한화토탈에너지스 대외협력팀과 2026년 교육복지사업 추진 협의회를 열었다. 이날 협의회는 2025년 교육복지분야 유공인사 교육감 표창 전수식을 겸해 진행했다. 한화토탈에너지스 대외협력팀 홍정빈 프로가 표창을 받았고 노성주 커뮤니케이션담당 상무가 함께 참석했다.
◆ 한화토탈에너지스 교육복지사업 성과
한화토탈에너지스는 서산교육지원청 교육복지지원센터와 협력해 저소득층 난치병 치료비 지원, 학생 동아리활동 지원, 취약계층 학생 국내외 문화체험 지원 등 다양한 사업을 추진했다. 또한 장학기금을 조성해 관내 각급학교 학생들을 지원했다.
◆ 2026년 교육복지 안전망 강화 합의
양 기관은 2026년에도 지역 청소년 성장을 지원하는 교육복지 안전망을 강화하기로 뜻을 모았다. 김지용 교육장은 "우리 지역 학생들이 저마다의 꿈을 실현하고 도전 앞에서 멈추지 않도록 두 기관이 함께 힘을 모으자"고 말했다.

◆ 2026 Education Welfare Project Promotion Council Held
The Chungcheongnam-do Seosan Office of Education (Superintendent Kim Ji-yong) held the 2026 Education Welfare Project Promotion Council with Hanwha TotalEnergies' External Cooperation Team at the Superintendent's Office on January 5, 2026. The council also served as a commendation ceremony for 2025 education welfare contributors. Hong Jeong-bin, a professional from Hanwha TotalEnergies' External Cooperation Team, received the commendation. Noh Seong-ju, Senior Vice President of Communications, attended the ceremony.
◆ Hanwha TotalEnergies' Education Welfare Achievements
Hanwha TotalEnergies has collaborated with the Seosan Office of Education's Education Welfare Support Center to implement various projects. These include medical expense support for low-income families with intractable diseases, student club activity support, and domestic and international cultural experience support for underprivileged students. The company also established scholarship funds to support students at schools in the district.
◆ Agreement to Strengthen Education Welfare Safety Net in 2026
Both organizations agreed to strengthen the education welfare safety net to support the growth of local youth in 2026. Superintendent Kim Ji-yong said, "Let us join forces so that students in our region can realize their dreams and never stop in the face of challenges."
