◆ 국민권익위 종합청렴도 평가서 2등급 획득
공주시의회(의장 임달희)가 국민권익위원회의 '2025년도 공공기관 종합청렴도 평가'에서 2등급을 받았다. 공주시의회는 지난해 대비 1단계 상승한 성적을 기록했다.
◆ 전국 709개 기관 대상 평가 실시
국민권익위원회는 전국 17개 시도 및 지방의회, 공직유관단체 등 총 709개 기관을 대상으로 종합청렴도 평가를 실시했다. 평가 항목은 청렴체감도(민원인·내부 공직자 설문조사 결과), 청렴노력도(기관별 반부패 시책 추진 실적), 부패실태 평가(부패사건 발생 현황 감점 반영) 등 세 가지다. 평가 결과는 1등급부터 5등급까지 산정된다.
◆ 임달희 의장 "청렴은 지속적으로 지켜야 할 기본 가치"
임달희 의장은 "이번 종합청렴도 평가 2등급 달성은 시민 여러분의 눈높이에 맞춰 의회가 변화하고자 노력한 결과라고 생각한다"고 말했다. 임 의장은 "청렴은 단기간의 성과가 아니라 지속적으로 지켜야 할 기본 가치"라며 "앞으로도 투명하고 책임 있는 의정활동을 통해 시민의 신뢰에 보답하겠다"고 밝혔다.

Gongju City Council (Chairman Im Dal-hee) received Grade 2 in the '2025 Comprehensive Integrity Evaluation of Public Institutions' conducted by the Anti-Corruption and Civil Rights Commission. Gongju City Council recorded a one-level improvement compared to last year.
◆ Evaluation Conducted on 709 Institutions Nationwide
The Anti-Corruption and Civil Rights Commission conducted the comprehensive integrity evaluation on a total of 709 institutions, including 17 metropolitan and provincial governments, local councils, and public service-related organizations nationwide. The evaluation consisted of three categories: integrity perception (survey results of civil petitioners and internal public officials), integrity effort (evaluation of anti-corruption policy implementation by institution), and corruption status evaluation (penalty points for corruption incidents). Results were graded from Grade 1 to Grade 5.

Chairman Im Dal-hee said, "I believe this achievement of Grade 2 in the comprehensive integrity evaluation is the result of the council's efforts to change in line with citizens' expectations."
