◆ 만 40세 이상 희망퇴직 실시

하나은행은 충청영업그룹 명칭을 '충청하나그룹'으로 변경하고 독립적 그룹 체계를 구축한다. 그룹 내 '충청공공금융부'를 신설해 지방은행 형태 조직을 갖춘다. 충청권 9개 권역 영업점에 '지역금융통합센터'를 설치해 공공금융과 기업금융을 연계한다. 하나은행은 충청권 시중은행 중 최다인 85개 점포를 운영 중이다.
◆ 은행권 인력 재편 가속화
국민은행과 농협은행도 희망퇴직을 실시했다. 비대면 거래 확대와 2차 베이비붐 세대 은퇴로 은행권 인력 재편이 가속화되고 있다. 하나은행 관계자는 "충청권 지역사회와 동반 성장하는 금융 파트너 역할을 강화하겠다"고 밝혔다.

Hana Bank changed its Chungcheong Sales Group name to 'Chungcheong Hana Group' and established an independent group system. The bank created the 'Chungcheong Public Finance Division' with a regional bank-style organization. 'Regional Finance Integration Centers' will be established at branches in 9 areas of the Chungcheong region to connect public and corporate finance. KB Kookmin Bank and NH NongHyup Bank also implemented voluntary retirement programs.
