◆ 재판부 "피해 미회복, 피해자 엄벌 탄원"
신 부장판사는 "피고인은 피해를 회복하지 못했고 피해자로부터 용서받지 못했다"며 "오히려 피해자는 피고인에 대한 엄벌을 탄원하고 있다"고 지적했다. 다만 "피고인이 범행을 모두 인정하고 반성하는 태도를 보이는 점 등을 고려해 형을 정했다"고 판시했다. A씨는 이 판결에 불복해 항소했다.
