태안교육지원청은 12월 29일 오전 교육지원청 접견실에서 '2025 태안교육발전 유공자(민간분야) 교육감 표창 전수식'을 개최했다. 교육장 지재규가 주재한 이번 전수식에서는 정책유공 분야 3개 부문에서 민간인 3명이 교육감 표창을 받았다.

◆ 문화예술교육 확산한 홍수련

충남행복교육지구 정책유공 부문 수상자 홍수련 씨는 예술놀이단 '상상구름판' 소속으로 활동하고 있다. 홍 씨는 지역 스토리를 기반으로 한 연극 창작 활동을 통해 학생 참여형 문화예술교육을 확산시켰다. 학교와 지역을 잇는 문화예술교육 활성화에 기여한 공로가 인정됐다.

◆ 학교폭력 예방 현장 지킨 백덕기

학교폭력 예방·해결 정책유공 부문 수상자 백덕기 씨는 태안고등학교 학생보호인력(배움터지킴이)으로 근무하며 학교폭력 예방 활동과 생활지도를 지속적으로 펼쳐왔다. 현장 중심의 학생 보호 활동으로 안전하고 안정적인 학교문화 조성에 기여했다.

◆ 학교체육 저변 확대 주도한 이정은

학교체육 활성화 정책유공 부문 수상자 이정은 씨는 태안군체육회 행정지도자로서 태안 학교스포츠클럽대회 운영을 지원했다. 이 씨는 학생들의 체육활동 참여 기회를 확대하고 학교체육 저변 확대에 힘썼다.

지재규 교육장은 "이번 표창은 학교 안팎에서 태안교육을 지탱해 온 민간인의 헌신에 감사하는 자리"라며 "앞으로도 지역사회와 연계한 교육 협력이 지속될 수 있도록 지원을 아끼지 않겠다"고 말했다.

Hong Su-ryeon, winner of the Chungcheongnam-do Happiness Education District policy contribution award, is an active member of the art play group 'Imagination Cloud Board.' Hong has promoted student-centered cultural and arts education through drama creation activities based on local stories. Her contribution to revitalizing cultural and arts education connecting schools and communities was recognized.

◆ Baek Duk-gi Protects Students from School Violence

Baek Duk-gi, winner of the school violence prevention and resolution policy contribution award, has served as a student protection officer at Taean High School. Baek has consistently carried out school violence prevention activities and student conduct guidance. His on-site student protection efforts have contributed to creating a safe and stable school culture.

◆ Lee Jung-eun Expands School Sports Foundation

Lee Jung-eun, winner of the school sports promotion policy contribution award, serves as an administrative director at the Taean County Athletic Association. Lee supported the operation of the Taean School Sports Club competition, expanding student participation opportunities in physical education and strengthening the foundation of school sports.

Education Director Ji Jae-gyu stated, "This commendation recognizes the dedication of private citizens who have quietly supported Taean education both inside and outside schools," adding, "We will continue to support sustained educational cooperation in connection with the local community."
