천안제일고등학교(교장 황명주)는 12월 26일 교내에서 공간재구조화사업 준공식을 개최했다. 총사업비 260억 원이 투입된 이번 리모델링은 학교 역사상 최대 규모 사업이다. 학교는 기존의 획일화된 공간을 학생들의 교육 수요에 맞춰 유연하게 재구성했다. 외관 개선뿐 아니라 내진설계 보강, 최신 통신설비 확충, 체계적인 수로 구축 등 기반시설 전면 개선으로 건물의 안전성과 기능성을 최첨단 수준으로 끌어올렸다.
