충북에서 올겨울 첫 한랭질환 사망자가 발생했다. 충북도와 경찰은 26일 이 같은 사실을 밝혔다. 지난 21일 낮 12시 10분께 청주시 서원구 남이면 한 빈집 마당에서 80대 여성 A 씨가 쓰러져 있었다. 행인이 A 씨를 발견해 신고했다.
