◆ 26일 한파특보 지속…전국 대체로 맑음

제주도 산지에 대설특보가 발효된 가운데 아침까지 전라 서해안과 제주도 중산간·산지를 중심으로 시간당 1㎝ 안팎의 눈이 내리겠다. 예상 적설량은 서해 5도 1㎝ 안팎, 충남 서해안 15㎝, 전북 서해안·남부내륙과 전남 서해안 38㎝(많은 곳 전북 서해안 10㎝ 이상), 광주와 전남 서부(서해안 제외) 15㎝, 전남 동부 1㎝ 안팎, 울릉도·독도 10~30㎝, 제주도 산지 5~10㎝(많은 곳 15㎝ 이상), 제주도 중산간 27㎝, 제주도 해안 1㎝ 안팎이다. 눈이 내리는 지역에서는 가시거리가 급격히 짧아지고 빙판길이 되는 곳이 많으니 차량 운행 시 감속 운행하고 교통 안전과 보행자 안전에 유의해야 한다.
◆ 아침 최저 영하 17도…한파경보 발효 지역 건강 유의
기온은 평년(최저 영하 101도, 최고 210도)보다 27도가량 낮겠다. 아침 최저기온은 영하 17도영상 3도, 낮 최고기온은 영하 7도~영상 4도를 오르내리겠다. 전국 대부분 지역에 한파특보가 발표된 가운데 경기 북동부와 강원 내륙·산지, 충북 북부, 경북 북부를 중심으로 아침 기온이 영하 15도 안팎까지 낮아지며 한파경보가 발표된 지역이 있다. 주요 지역 아침 최저기온은 서울 영하 12도, 인천 영하 12도, 수원 영하 13도, 춘천 영하 15도, 강릉 영하 8도, 청주 영하 11도, 대전 영하 10도, 전주 영하 7도, 광주 영하 5도, 대구 영하 8도, 부산 영하 6도, 제주 영상 1도다. 강풍 특보가 발효된 서해안과 남해안, 경상권 동해안, 경남 서부 내륙, 제주도는 바람이 순간풍속 시속 70㎞ 이상(제주도 산지 시속 90㎞ 이상)으로 매우 강하게 불겠다. 미세먼지 농도는 전 권역이 '좋음' 수준을 보이겠다.

Temperatures will be about 2-7 degrees lower than normal (low -10 to 1 degrees, high 2-10 degrees). Morning lows will range from -17 to 3 degrees, and afternoon highs will range from -7 to 4 degrees. With cold wave advisories issued for most areas nationwide, cold wave warnings have been issued for areas centered on northeastern Gyeonggi, Gangwon inland and mountains, northern Chungbuk, and northern Gyeongbuk, where morning temperatures will drop to around -15 degrees.
