◆ 괴산군의회 23일 4대폭력 예방 통합교육 실시

괴산군의회(의장 김낙영)는 23일 의원들과 5급 이상 관리자를 대상으로 4대폭력 예방 통합교육을 실시했다. 이번 교육은 법정의무교육으로 진행됐다. 4대폭력에 대한 고위직 공무원들의 인식 및 건전한 가치관 함양으로 성차별적인 조직문화 개선을 위해 실시했다.

◆ 변나영 상담소장 초빙해 실제 사례 중심 교육

이날 강의는 변나영 충북음성가정(성)폭력상담소장을 초빙해 진행했다. 강의는 실제 사례를 중심으로 한 4대폭력에 대한 이해와 예방을 위한 고위직의 역할을 중심으로 교육했다.

◆ 김낙영 의장 "책임의회 될 수 있도록 노력하겠다"

김낙영 의장은 "이번 교육을 통해 4대폭력에 대한 올바른 가치관을 확립할 수 있는 기회가 되었다"고 밝혔다. 김 의장은 "고위직 관리자의 역할을 실천하여 조직차원의 예방으로 건전한 조직문화 조성을 위해 최선을 다하는 책임의회가 될 수 있도록 노력하겠다"고 말했다.
