◆ 교육 프로그램 완료 및 수료 성과

충주시가족센터(센터장 심재석) 7월 21일부터 12월 10일까지 결혼이민자 대상 헤어 미용사 자격증 과정을 운영했다. 총 8명의 결혼이민자 참여해 6명이 최종 수료했다. 센터 11일 이 사실을 밝혔다. 프로그램은 결혼이민자의 지역사회 적응과 경제활동 참여를 목표로 매주 월~금요일 하루 4시간씩 진행됐다.

◆ 340시간 집중 교육과정 설계

센터 사전교육(이론) 80시간과 직업훈련(실기) 260시간 등 총 340시간 교육 과정을 설계했다. 참여자들의 높은 참여의욕과 실무능력 향상 요구를 반영해 당초 11월 27일 종료 예정을 연장했다. 9회에 걸친 헤어 실무과정 추가 운영해 남성 커트·염색·파마 등 실기 중심 교육을 강화했다.

◆ 참여자 긍정 평가와 향후 계획

교육 참여 결혼이민자들 "자격증 준비뿐 아니라 실제 생활에 적용할 수 있어 유익했다", "지역 미용 분야 취업 준비할 좋은 기회"라는 의견을 제시했다. 심재석 센터장 "결혼이민자들의 경제활동 참여가 자립 기반이 될 수 있어 기쁘다. 앞으로도 실질적인 직업훈련 프로그램을 지속 개발·지원하겠다"고 전했다. 센터는 2026년에도 다양한 교육과 지원 프로그램을 운영할 계획이다.

◆ Training Program Completion and Graduation Achievement

Chungju Family Center (Director Shim Jae-seok) operated a hair beautician certification course for marriage immigrants from July 21 through December 10. Eight marriage immigrants participated, with six completing the program. Center announced the achievement on December 11. The program aimed to facilitate marriage immigrants' adaptation to the local community and economic participation, conducted four hours daily, Monday through Friday each week.

◆ Intensive 340-Hour Curriculum Design

Center designed a 340-hour educational program comprising 80 hours of preliminary education (theory) and 260 hours of vocational training (practical skills). Reflecting participants' high motivation and demands for improved practical competency, the program extended beyond the originally planned November 27 completion date. Center additionally operated nine hair practical courses and reinforced practical-focused education including men's haircuts, hair coloring, and perming.

◆ Participant Positive Evaluations and Future Plans

Marriage immigrants participating in the education expressed opinions: "Beneficial not only in preparing for certification but in applying to actual life," and "Provided a good opportunity to prepare for employment in the regional beauty field." Director Shim Jae-seok stated, "I am pleased that marriage immigrants' economic participation can serve as a foundation for self-reliance. Moving forward, we will continue to develop and support substantial vocational training programs." Center plans to continue operating diverse educational and support programs in 2026.
