◆ 기본계획 수립 완료...5개년 전략 확정

충청북도는 12월 9일 도 영상회의실에서 「충청북도 정보화 기본계획」수립 완료보고회를 개최했다. 2026년부터 2030년까지 5개년간 추진될 정보화 중장기 계획을 확정한 것이다. 행정국장과 산학연 전문가, 한국지역정보개발원 관계자 등 20명이 참석해 추진 경과와 주요 내용을 공유했다.

정보화 기본계획은 인공지능(AI)과 클라우드 등 디지털 환경 변화에 대응하기 위한 5개년 전략이다. 정보화 비전과 전략목표를 제시하고, 4개 분야에서 40개 정보화 미래모델을 제안했다. 통합 이행계획도 포함됐다. 본 계획은 충청북도 정보화 조례 제4조에 따른 법정 계획으로, 향후 도의 디지털 전환 정책 방향을 제시하는 기준이 된다.

최병희 행정국장은 "이번 계획은 도민이 체감할 수 있는 스마트 행정 구현을 위한 중요한 출발점"이라고 밝혔다. 최 국장은 "단순한 전략 수립에 그치지 않도록 40개의 이행과제들이 실질적인 성과로 이어질 수 있도록 부서 간 긴밀한 협력을 추진하겠다"고 덧붙였다.

◆ Five-Year Strategy Confirmed with Plan Completion

Chungcheongbuk-do Province held the completion report meeting for the "Chungcheongbuk-do Informatization Basic Plan" at the provincial video conference room on December 9th. The province finalized a five-year medium and long-term informatization plan to be implemented from 2026 to 2030. Twenty attendees participated, including the Administrative Bureau Director, experts from academia, industry and research sectors, and officials from the Korean Regional Information Development Institute, sharing progress reports and major contents.

◆ Responding to AI and Cloud...40 Projects Presented

The informatization basic plan is a five-year strategy to respond to digital environmental changes such as artificial intelligence (AI) and cloud. The plan presents informatization vision and strategic objectives while proposing 40 informatization future models across four sectors. An integrated implementation plan was also included. As a statutory plan under Article 4 of the Chungcheongbuk-do Informatization Ordinance, this plan will serve as a benchmark for the province's future digital transformation policy direction.

Administrative Bureau Director Choi Byung-hui stated, "This plan represents an important starting point for realizing smart administration that residents can directly experience."
