◆ 농가주방 개시

태안군 로컬푸드직매장 1층 56㎡ 공간에 농가주방이 개점했다. 5일부터 본격 운영에 돌입한 농가주방은 농가 생산 농산물을 즉석 가공해 판매하는 공간이다. 농가주방에서는 반찬류(김치·절임식품), 장류(된장·고추장·청국장), 수제청, 즉석섭취식품(김밥 등)을 판매한다.

◆ 지역 농업인 직접 운영

태안가보자협동조합이 농가주방 운영을 담당한다. 지역 농업인들이 직접 제조·판매하는 방식으로 로컬푸드직매장 이용객에게 신선한 가공식품을 공급한다. 군은 즉석판매제조·가공업 신고와 수수료 협의 등 관련 절차를 완료했다.

◆ 1200여 농가 참여 확대

태안군 로컬푸드직매장은 남면 안면대로 1641에 위치한 군 직영 매장이다. 현재 1200여 농가가 참여해 지역 농·특산물과 수산물을 저렴한 가격에 판매한다. 군 관계자는 "농가주방이 판매품목 다변화로 로컬푸드직매장에 새로운 활력을 불어넣을 것"이라고 밝혔다.

A farmhouse kitchen has opened at the Tae-an County Local Food Direct Market. The farmhouse kitchen, which begins full operations on December 5, is a space that processes agricultural products produced by farmers on-site and sells them to consumers. The farmhouse kitchen sells side dishes (kimchi and pickled foods), fermented foods (miso, gochujang, cheonggukjang), homemade fruit vinegar, and ready-to-eat foods (kimbap, etc.).

◆ Direct Operation by Local Farmers

The Tae-an Gabo Cooperative manages the farmhouse kitchen operations. Local farmers directly manufacture and sell products, providing fresh processed foods to local food direct market visitors. The county completed relevant procedures including on-site food manufacturing and processing business registration and fee consultation.

◆ Expanding Participation to 1,200 Farms

The Tae-an County Local Food Direct Market is a county-operated facility located at 1641 Anmyeon-daero, Nam-myeon. Currently, 1,200 farms participate and sell regional agricultural products and seafood at affordable prices. A county official stated, "The farmhouse kitchen will bring new vitality to the local food direct market through diversified product offerings."
