◆ 보령서 '빛깔 있는 인성교육' 나눔자리 열어

충남교육청은 4일 보령 일원에서 '2025 빛깔 있는 인성교육 이끎학교 성과 나눔자리'를 운영했다. 김지철 충남교육감이 이끄는 충남교육청은 이번 행사를 통해 충남 인성교육 성과를 공유하고 2026년 교육 방향을 모색했다.

◆ 60개 학교·현장지원단 참여

이번 나눔자리에는 2025학년도 인성교육을 선도한 유치원과 초·중·고·특수학교 60곳의 이끎학교가 참여했다. 지역별 현장지원단도 함께했다. 참석자들은 학교·지역 간 인성교육 운영 성과를 공유하고 현장 지원 역량을 강화했다.

◆ 우수사례 발표·2026년 계획 안내

보령 웅천초등학교는 '지역 사회와 함께하는 체인지 업 인성 함양' 사례를 발표했다. 아산 테크노중학교는 '인성의 숲 가꾸기 : 전인적 성장을 위한 15가지 길' 운영 성과를 공유했다. 충남교육청은 2025년 충남 인성교육 여정을 담은 영상을 상영했다. 담당자는 2026 충남 인성교육시행계획(안)을 설명하며 내년도 주요 정책과 사업을 안내했다.

충남교육청 관계자는 "모든 학교가 가정·지역사회와 연계해 인성교육을 실천하도록 지원하겠다"고 밝혔다. 이어 "학생들이 따뜻한 마음을 지닌 미래 인재로 성장하도록 돕겠다"고 덧붙였다.

◆ 'Colorful Character Education' Sharing Event Held in Boryeong

The Chungnam Office of Education held the '2025 Colorful Character Education Leading School Achievement Sharing Event' in Boryeong on December 4. The Chungnam Office of Education, led by Superintendent Kim Ji-cheol, shared the achievements of character education in Chungnam and explored directions for 2026 education through this event.

◆ 60 Schools and Field Support Teams Participate

Sixty leading schools, including kindergartens, elementary, middle, high, and special schools that led character education in the 2025 school year, participated in this sharing event. Regional field support teams also joined. Participants shared character education operation achievements between schools and regions and strengthened field support capabilities.

◆ Best Practice Presentations and 2026 Plan Announcement

Boryeong Ungcheon Elementary School presented the case of 'Change Up Character Cultivation with Local Community.' Asan Techno Middle School shared the operational achievements of 'Cultivating the Forest of Character: 15 Paths for Holistic Growth.' The Chungnam Office of Education screened a video capturing the journey of Chungnam character education in 2025. The person in charge explained the 2026 Chungnam Character Education Implementation Plan and introduced major policies and projects for next year.

A Chungnam Office of Education official said, "We will support all schools to practice character education in connection with families and local communities." The official added, "We will help students grow into future talents with warm hearts."
