◆ 충남도 청년 창업·창직 지원사업 성과공유회 개최
충남도는 4일 충남창업마루나비에서 '2025 충남 청년 창업·창직 지원사업 성과공유회'를 개최했다. 충남도는 도내 청년 창업가 성과를 공유하고 성장 방향을 모색하기 위해 이번 행사를 마련했다. 청년 창업가 55팀과 도·관계기관 담당자가 참석했다. 행사는 사업 운영 성과 발표, 우수 창업팀 시상, 선배 창업가 강연, 네트워킹 프로그램, 전문가 무료 상담 순으로 진행됐다.
◆ 청년 창업가 교류·전문가 무료 상담 호응
청년 창업가들은 창업 분야와 사업 내용을 직접 소개했다. 참석자들은 창업가 간 교류와 협업 가능성을 넓히는 관계망 형성 시간을 가졌다. 봉사단체 '더함' 소속 배성훈 세무사, 정상은 변호사, 전지나 노무사가 무료 상담관을 운영해 큰 호응을 얻었다. 청년 창업가들은 도 지원사업을 통해 사업화 자금, 맞춤형 교육, 멘토링·컨설팅, 네트워킹 프로그램 등 종합 창업 지원을 받았다.
◆ 올해 60팀 선발…매출 성장·신규 고용 성과
충남도는 올해 생활업종 40팀, 기술업종 20팀 등 총 60팀을 선발해 맞춤형 지원을 제공했다. 생활업종은 지역 기반 서비스업·소상공인 분야 청년 대상 실무 중심 지원을 강화했다. 기술업종은 기술 혁신·IT·제조 분야 청년 창업가 대상 기술 고도화와 전문 역량 향상을 지원했다. 청년 창업가들은 매출 성장, 신규 고용 확대, 지역 경제 활력 제고 등 성과를 도출했다.
남성연 충남도 청년정책관은 "청년 창업·창직 지원사업은 지역에서 새로운 기회를 찾고자 하는 청년들의 도전을 실질적으로 뒷받침하기 위한 사업"이라며 "앞으로도 청년 창업가가 지속 가능한 성장을 이어갈 수 있도록 분야별·단계별로 촘촘한 지원 체계를 구축할 것"이라고 말했다.

◆ Chungnam Province Holds Young Entrepreneur Support Project Performance Sharing Conference
Chungnam Province held the "2025 Chungnam Youth Startup and Job Creation Support Project Performance Sharing Conference" at Chungnam Changup Maru Nabi on December 4. Chungnam Province organized this event to share the achievements of young entrepreneurs in the province and explore future growth directions. Fifty-five young entrepreneur teams and officials from the province and related agencies attended. The event proceeded in the order of project performance presentations, outstanding startup team awards, senior entrepreneur lectures, networking programs, and free expert consultations.
◆ Young Entrepreneur Exchanges and Free Expert Consultations Draw Strong Response
Young entrepreneurs directly introduced their startup fields and business contents. Attendees had time to build networks that expand exchange and collaboration possibilities among entrepreneurs. Volunteer organization "Deoham" members—certified tax accountant Bae Seong-hun, attorney Jeong Sang-eun, and labor attorney Jeon Ji-na—operated free consultation booths and received strong responses. Young entrepreneurs received comprehensive startup support including commercialization funds, customized education, mentoring and consulting, and networking programs through provincial support projects.
◆ 60 Teams Selected This Year…Sales Growth and New Employment Achievements
Chungnam Province selected a total of 60 teams this year—40 in lifestyle sectors and 20 in technology sectors—and provided customized support. For lifestyle sectors, the province strengthened practical support for youth in regional service and small business fields. For technology sectors, the province supported technology advancement and professional capacity building for young entrepreneurs in technology innovation, IT, and manufacturing fields. Young entrepreneurs achieved results including sales growth, new employment expansion, and regional economic vitalization.
Nam Seong-yeon, Chungnam Province Youth Policy Director, said, "The youth startup and job creation support project is designed to substantially support the challenges of young people seeking new opportunities in the region." Nam added, "We will continue to build detailed support systems by field and stage so that young entrepreneurs can pursue sustainable growth."
