◆ 청주시 농업기술센터 최우수 기관 선정
청주시는 4일 시 농업기술센터가 농촌진흥청 주관 2025년 우수 지방농촌진흥기관 평가에서 최우수 기관으로 선정됐다고 밝혔다. 농촌진흥청은 전국 156개 농업기술센터를 대상으로 농업기술보급 성과, 농업현장 애로 해소, 농촌자원 활성화, 전문역량 개발 등 9개 핵심지표를 종합 심사했다. 청주시를 포함한 9개 센터가 최우수 기관으로 선정됐다. 청주시 농업기술센터는 농촌진흥청장 표창패와 시상금 500만 원을 받았다.
◆ 신기술 보급·청년농업인 육성 등 전 분야 우수 평가
청주시 농업기술센터는 농촌진흥청 신기술 보급사업을 지역 현장에 적극 적용해 신기술 현장 실천 및 농업 현장 애로 해소 부문에서 우수한 평가를 받았다. 청년농업인 육성 사업 확대와 신규 모임체 육성도 수상에 크게 기여했다. 농업현장 안전관리 관련 제도, 교육, 현장 개선사업을 고루 추진한 점도 높은 점수를 받았다. 중앙-지방, 민-관 협력사업을 적극 추진해 협업 체계 구축과 현장성, 확산성에서 우수하다는 평가를 받았다. 치유농업 확산 실적, 농촌 융복합 상품화 실적, 농업과학기술정보서비스 활용성 등 9개 지표 전 분야에서 우수한 성적을 거뒀다.
◆ 박찬순 소장 "현장 중심 기술보급에 최선"
박찬순 농업기술센터 소장은 "이번 최우수 기관 선정은 농업인과 함께 현장에서 문제를 해결하고 미래농업을 준비하기 위한 노력이 인정받은 결과"라고 말했다. 박 소장은 "앞으로도 지속가능한 농업 발전을 위해 현장 중심의 기술보급과 전문 서비스 제공에 최선을 다하겠다"고 밝혔다.

The Cheongju Agricultural Technology Center received excellent evaluations in new technology field implementation and agricultural field difficulty resolution by actively applying the Rural Development Administration's new technology dissemination projects to local sites. The expansion of young farmer development programs and cultivation of new community groups also contributed significantly to the award. The center also received high scores for evenly promoting systems, education, and field improvement projects related to agricultural field safety management. It was evaluated as excellent in collaboration system establishment, field applicability, and scalability by actively promoting central-local and public-private cooperation projects. The center achieved excellent results in all 9 indicator areas including healing agriculture expansion performance, rural convergence commercialization performance, and agricultural science and technology information service utilization.
