세종시의회 산건위, 2026년 도시주택 예산안 예비심사 진행

세종시의회 산업건설위원회(위원장 김재형)는 28일 2026년도 예산안 예비심사를 진행했다. 도시주택국 소관 2026년도 세입예산은 414억 1,183만 3천원으로 전년 대비 278억원 삭감됐으며, 세출예산은 534억 8,923만 4천원으로 250억원 감소했다.

이날 심사에서 위원들은 행복1·2차 시영 임대아파트 노후화에 따른 장기 수선 계획 수립, 준공 2~3년 된 읍면 행복누림터의 반복적 누수 문제에 대한 공사 감독 강화, 위원회 수당 예산의 명확한 산출 근거 제시 등을 요구했다. 또한 '관리노동자 인권 우수단지 지원사업'의 법적 근거 마련, 개발제한구역 주민지원사업의 장기적 해제 방향 검토, 세종건축문화제 예산 지원 확대 등도 제안됐다.

김재형 위원장은 "예산 심사는 전년도 대비 증감의 적정성과 필요성을 검토하는 과정인 만큼 집행부의 철저한 준비가 요구된다"고 강조했다. 산업건설위원회는 이달 2일까지 도로·교통 및 환경 분야 예비심사를 계속 진행할 예정이다.

The Industrial and Construction Committee of Sejong City Council (Chairman Kim Jae-hyung) held a preliminary budget review for 2026 on the 28th. The revenue budget for the Urban Housing Department was set at 41.4 billion won, down 27.8 billion won from the previous year, while the expenditure budget was 53.4 billion won, a decrease of 25 billion won.

Committee members called for long-term repair plans for aging Happiness 1st and 2nd rental apartments, stricter construction supervision for recurring leakage problems at recently built facilities, and clear calculation bases for allowance budgets. They also suggested establishing legal grounds for the management worker human rights support project, reviewing long-term abolition of greenbelt restrictions, and expanding support for the Sejong Architectural Culture Festival.

Chairman Kim emphasized that thorough preparation by the executive branch is required for budget reviews. The committee will continue preliminary reviews for roads, transportation, and environmental sectors through the 2nd of this month.
