교육감은 새해 준비의 핵심으로 "단기 성과보다 나아갈 방향을 바라보는 용기"를 강조했다. 삼성이 2013년부터 12년간 1.1조원을 투자해 미래 발전에 기여하는 정책을 추진한 사례를 언급하며 "학생 성장에 필요한 정책이라면 추진 과정의 어려움 때문에 물러서기보다 실현 방법을 먼저 고민해야 한다"고 말했다. 각 부서는 내년 중점과제를 정리해 현장 부담을 최소화하면서 실질적 변화를 이끌어낼 구체적 계획 수립을 지시받았다.

The superintendent cited the experience of retired national volleyball player Kim Yeon-kyung as a coach in closing remarks. He emphasized the moment when Coach Kim advised players: "Do not compromise with yourself, do not make excuses, provide solutions." The superintendent stated that "finding reasons for inability in difficult situations confines us within self-imposed limits" and emphasized "the attitude of finding solutions with active and positive mindset." He also stressed that "your health is most important" and urged staff to finish the year calmly and prepare for the new year with deep reflection.
