윤 교육감은 논술·면접·정시를 준비하는 학생들에게 개별 맞춤형 진학지도가 필수라고 당부했다. 자기계발, 진로탐색, 신체활동, 독서, 예술활동 등 다양한 프로그램을 확대 운영하고 심리·정서 지원을 강화할 것을 주문했다. 수능 이후 학생들이 분산되지 않도록 유관기관과 협력해 생활지도를 더욱 철저히 할 방침이다.
◆ 변화 수용하는 실용정신으로 교육 공동체 결집
윤 교육감은 『열하일기』의 연암 박지원이 언급한 '수레' 개념을 인용하며 새로운 기술과 시대 변화를 수용하는 실용정신을 강조했다. 교육 가족 모두가 소통하고 협력하는 태도로 변화를 두려워하지 않고 충북교육을 함께 이끌어 갈 것을 촉구했다.
