◆ Survey Results and Service Linkage Status
The city selected 498 delinquents from the total delinquent population and conducted comprehensive investigations through telephone counseling and on-site visits. The investigation examined residential status, property condition, causes of nonpayment, and payment capacity. As a result, 39 individuals were linked to welfare services. The breakdown includes 10 for livelihood support, 3 for medical services, 16 for housing assistance, and 1 for educational support. For 39 subsistence-type delinquents who did not meet welfare criteria but faced economic hardship, the city promoted installment payment and applied tax delinquency processing exemptions.
