◆ 어린이집 위생 강화 및 재정 건전성 우려

홍나영 위원 최근 어린이집 급식 시설 위생점검 결과 규정 위반 사례 발생 지적했다. 소화기 사용기한 초과와 비상 대피로 적재물 적치는 아이들 안전과 직결된다고 강조했다. 어린이집 운영자 기본 안전·위생 수칙 준수와 시의 정기 점검 강화 당부했다. 김현미 위원장 2027년 이후 막대한 재정 투자 계획 지적하며, 재정 건전성과 사업 추진 현실성 우려했다. "장기적으로 과도한 예산 투여 발생하지 않도록 신중히 계획 수립해야 한다"고 강조했다. 행정복지위원회 24일 제4차 회의 열고 2026년 본예산 예비심사 진행할 예정이다.

Council member Hong Na-young noted that recent sanitation inspections of childcare facilities found regulatory violations. She emphasized that expired fire extinguishers and blocked emergency exit passages directly affect children's safety. She urged childcare facility operators to strictly follow basic safety and sanitation rules and requested strengthened periodic inspections by the city. Chairperson Kim Hyun-mi raised concerns about fiscal health and project feasibility, noting plans for massive financial investment after 2027. "Plans must be developed carefully to prevent excessive budget allocation in the long term," she emphasized. The Administration and Welfare Committee will hold its fourth meeting on the 24th to conduct preliminary reviews of the 2026 main budget.
