◆KBS '아침마당'에서 무전취식 루머 해명
배우 김민종이 '무전취식 루머'에 해명하고 나섰다. 김민종은 18일 방송된 KBS 1TV '아침마당'에 출연해 무전취식이 사실이 아니라고 밝혔다. 김민종은 이날 방송에서 식당에서 돈을 내지 않았다는 소문이 언급되자 "돈을 내려고 했는데 안 받으신 거다"라며 SBS TV 예능물 '미운 우리 새끼' 방송을 언급했다.

해당 방송을 통해 경기 양평군에 컨테이너를 짓고 잠시 생활한 모습을 공개했던 김민종은 "방송이 무서운 거다. 제가 거기에서 사는 걸로 포장됐다"고 설명했다. 이어 "어머니가 돌아가신 지 얼마 안 됐는데 모신 곳이랑 가까운 곳에 있었다"고 부연했다. 해당 장면을 봤던 식당 주인이 이후 장발에 수염까지 기른 김민종을 알아봤다. 식당 주인은 김민종을 향해 혀를 차면서 "됐어 그냥 가. 왜 그렇게 살아"라고 측은하게 여기며 돈을 받지 않았다.

김민종은 "작품(영화 '피렌체') 때문에 머리를 기르고 있다는 말을 듣지도 않으시더라"고 떠올렸다. 이어 "저 강남에서 잘 살고 있습니다"라고 식당 주인을 향해 너스레를 떨었다.
