태안군이 '2025년 을지연습'에서 충청남도 최우수기관으로 선정됐다
◆충남도 최우수기관 선정 관련 내용
태안군은 지난 8월 18일부터 21일까지 4일간 실시된 2025년 을지연습에서 충청남도 최우수기관으로 선정됐다고 17일 밝혔다. 태안군은 총체적 위기관리능력과 전시전환절차 숙달훈련, 실제훈련 등에서 도내 가장 우수한 성적을 거뒀다. 이번 평가는 지자체 및 유관기관의 비상대비 역량 강화를 위한 것이다. 전시직제편성훈련과 전시종합상황실 운영, 도상연습, 실제훈련, 기관장 참여도 등 7개 분야 28개 지표를 바탕으로 이뤄졌다.
◆가세로 군수 적극 참여
가세로 군수는 을지연습 기간 중 사전준비부터 연습 종료까지 각종 보고회 및 공습대비 민방위 훈련 일정을 직접 주재했다. 태안군은 변화하는 안보정세에 대응해 을지연습 시행 전 연습근무자와 충무계획 담당자 등 130여 명을 대상으로 핵 WMD 사후관리 교육 등을 실시해 공직자 안보의식 제고에 힘썼다. 태안동학농민혁명기념관에서 진행된 실제훈련에서는 6개 기관 및 지역 주민 등 80여 명이 참여했다. 비상대비 태세 확립 및 통합방위 체계 구축을 위한 협조 체계를 구축하고 유기적인 대응훈련을 진행했다.
◆유관기관 협업 체계 구축
태안군은 전시종합상황실 운영 시 주요 유관기관에서 담당자를 파견해 종합상황실 운영의 효과성을 높였다. 참여기관과 유기적인 협업 체계를 구축했다. 가세로 군수는 "군은 실질적이면서도 실전과 같은 훈련을 통해 비상대비태세를 확립할 수 있도록 매년 관계기관과 함께 훈련에 최선을 다하고 있다"고 밝혔다. 가 군수는 "올해 연습에서 도출된 문제점 등을 보완해 더욱 완벽한 비상대비 태세를 구축해 나가겠다"고 말했다.

◆County Governor Ga Se-ro's Active Participation
County Governor Ga Se-ro directly presided over various briefings and civil defense training schedules for air raid preparedness from pre-preparation to exercise completion during the Ulji Exercise period. Taean-gun conducted nuclear WMD post-management education for approximately 130 exercise workers and emergency plan officials before implementing the Ulji Exercise to respond to changing security situations, striving to enhance public officials' security awareness. Approximately 80 people from 6 organizations and local residents participated in the actual training conducted at the Taean Donghak Peasant Revolution Memorial Hall. A cooperation system was established for emergency preparedness and integrated defense system construction, and organic response training was conducted.
◆Establishing Collaboration System with Related Organizations
Taean-gun dispatched personnel from major related organizations during wartime comprehensive situation room operation to increase the effectiveness of situation room operation. An organic collaboration system was established with participating organizations. County Governor Ga Se-ro stated, "The county is doing its best in training with related organizations every year to establish emergency preparedness through practical and combat-like training." County Governor Ga said, "We will supplement the problems identified in this year's exercise to establish a more perfect emergency preparedness posture."
