◆ 소상공인의 날 행사 개최
당진시는 지난 8일 원도심광장에서 당진시 소상공인의 날 행사를 성황리에 마무리했다고 10일 밝혔다. 당진시장은 오성환이다.
소상공인연합회 당진시지부가 주최·주관하고, 당진시와 소상공인연합회 중앙회 등이 후원했다. 행사는 '소상공인과 청년이 함께 여는 상생·탄소중립의 미래'를 주제로 진행됐다.
기념식에서는 우수 소상공인 표창 수여를 비롯해 난타, 밴드, 댄스 공연 등 다양한 무대가 펼쳐졌다. 이후 소상공인 성공 사례 발표와 K-웹드라마 어워드가 이어지며 풍성한 볼거리를 선사했다.
◆ 소상공인 마켓 및 체험 프로그램 운영
행사장에는 19개 지역 업체가 참여한 소상공인 마켓이 열렸다. 마켓에서는 당진의 특색 있는 상품과 먹거리를 선보였다.
재활용품 공예, 레진아트, 고구마빵 만들기 체험 등 참여형 프로그램을 운영해 시민들의 호응을 얻었다.
◆ 찾아가는 상담 부스 운영
충남경제진흥원과 충남신용보증재단은 현장에서 찾아가는 상담 부스를 마련했다. 상담 부스에서는 신용보증, 정책자금, 시설개선 사업 등 소상공인 맞춤 상담을 진행했다.
세무·법률 상담 부스도 함께 운영해 실질적인 지원이 이뤄졌다.
박재근 당진시 지역경제과장은 "이번 행사는 당진에서 처음 열린 소상공인의 날 행사로, 지역사회에 큰 의미를 지닌다"고 밝혔다. 박재근 과장은 "지역경제의 든든한 버팀목인 소상공인이 안정적으로 성장할 수 있도록 정책적 지원을 강화하겠다"고 강조했다.

◆ Small Business Owners' Day Event Held
Dangjin City announced on the 10th that it successfully concluded the Dangjin City Small Business Owners' Day event at the Original Downtown Plaza on the 8th. The mayor of Dangjin City is Oh Seong-hwan.
The Dangjin City branch of the Korea Federation of Micro Enterprise hosted and organized the event, with support from Dangjin City and the Korea Federation of Micro Enterprise central association. The event was held under the theme of "A Future of Coexistence and Carbon Neutrality Opened Together by Small Business Owners and Youth."
At the ceremony, various stages including Nanta, band, and dance performances were held, along with the presentation of awards to outstanding small business owners. This was followed by presentations of small business success stories and K-web drama awards, providing abundant attractions.
◆ Small Business Market and Experiential Programs Operated
A small business market with 19 local companies participating opened at the venue. The market showcased Dangjin's unique products and food items.
Participatory programs such as recycled goods crafts, resin art, and sweet potato bread making experiences were operated, receiving positive responses from citizens.
◆ Mobile Consultation Booths Operated
The Chungnam Economic Promotion Agency and Chungnam Credit Guarantee Foundation set up mobile consultation booths on site. The consultation booths provided customized consultation for small business owners on credit guarantees, policy funds, and facility improvement projects.
Tax and legal consultation booths were also operated together, providing practical support.
Park Jae-geun, director of Dangjin City's Regional Economy Division, stated, "This event is the first Small Business Owners' Day event held in Dangjin and holds great significance for the local community." Director Park emphasized, "We will strengthen policy support so that small business owners, the strong pillars of the local economy, can grow stably."
