◆30회 맞은 영동군생활체육대회 개최
충북 영동군체육회가 8일 영동체육관과 관내 경기장에서 제30회 영동군생활체육대회를 개최했다. 영동군체육회(회장 황정하)가 주최하고 영동군 회원종목단체가 주관한 이번 대회에는 1,100여명이 참가했다.
◆10개 종목 1,100명 참가해 기량 겨뤄
대회는 게이트볼, 궁도, 그라운드골프, 배드민턴, 볼링, 소프트테니스, 탁구, 테니스, 플라잉디스크, 파크골프 등 10개 종목으로 진행됐다. 각 종목단체 임원과 선수 1,100여명이 참가해 실력을 겨뤘다. 개회식에는 정영철 영동군수와 신현광 영동군의회 의장, 각 종목단체장과 체육인들이 참석했다.
◆황정하 회장 "생활체육 참뜻 되새기는 시간 되길"
황정하 영동군체육회장은 "건강을 사랑하는 마음과 서로를 응원하는 열정은 모두 같다"며 "경기 승패를 떠나 동호인 간 우정을 나누고 건강한 몸, 행복한 삶이라는 생활체육 참뜻을 되새기는 시간이 되길 바란다"고 말했다.
