충남 아산시가 내년 1월부터 3년간 추진되는 '장애인일자리(복지일자리)사업' 수행기관을 공개모집한다고 23일 밝혔다.
이번 공모는 장애유형별 특성에 맞춘 맞춤형 일자리 제공과 직무 다양화를 통해 장애인의 사회 참여 기회를 늘리기 위해 마련됐다.
시는 직무 전문성과 현장 경험을 갖춘 사회복지시설 및 비영리민간단체를 대상으로 수행기관을 선정한다.
모집공고는 지난 20일부터 시작됐으며 오는 30일까지 진행된다. 접수는 28일부터 다음 달 3일까지 시 경로장애인과에서 받는다.
시는 선정심사위원회 심의를 거쳐 12월 중 수행기관을 확정하고 내년 1월부터 사업에 돌입한다.
선정 기관은 참여자 모집, 근태·복무 관리, 보수 지급, 직무 교육 등 사업 전반을 맡는다.
이유진 경로장애인과장은 "전문성과 의지를 갖춘 기관들의 적극적인 참여를 기대한다"고 말했다.

Asan City, South Chungcheong Province, announced on the 22nd that it is publicly recruiting operating organizations for the 'Disabled Job (Welfare Job) Program' to be implemented for three years starting in January next year.
This recruitment was prepared to increase social participation opportunities for the disabled through customized job provision tailored to the characteristics of each type of disability and job diversification.
The city will select operating organizations targeting social welfare facilities and non-profit private organizations with job expertise and field experience.
The recruitment notice started on the 20th and runs until the 30th. Applications are accepted at the city's Senior Citizens and Disabled Persons Division from the 28th until the 3rd of next month.
The city will finalize the operating organization in December after deliberation by the selection review committee and begin the project in January next year.
Selected organizations will be in charge of overall project operations including participant recruitment, attendance and service management, compensation payment, and job training.
