청양군 육상팀이 제106회 전국체전에서 금메달 2개를 획득했다.
부산아시아드 주경기장에서 19일부터 20일까지 열린 대회에서 한이슬 선수는 여자 7종 경기에서 5361점을 기록해 금메달을 땄다. 이는 한 선수의 개인 최고 기록(종전 5330점)을 경신한 결과다.
여자 멀리뛰기에서는 이희진 선수가 1차 시기 5m95cm를 뛰어 금메달을 차지했다. 한이슬 선수는 4차 시기 5m86cm로 은메달을 추가했다.
여자 400m 허들에서는 이연우 선수가 1분 2초 59를 기록해 동메달을 획득했다.
이희진 선수는 지난해 제105회 전국체전에 이어 2년 연속 금메달을 획득했다.
청양군청 복싱팀에서는 손경빈(라이트헤비) 선수가 동메달을 땄다. 곽범서(라이트플라이), 최민수(라이트웰터) 선수는 결승전에 진출했다.
김돈곤 청양군수는 "청양군청 선수단의 성과는 군민의 자랑이자 청양 체육의 위상을 높인 결과"라며 "우수선수 발굴과 체육 인프라 확충을 통해 지원을 아끼지 않겠다"고 밝혔다.
